Biography of Ken Jackson

Ken Jackson is a retired high school teacher. He taught at Piedmont Hills High School for 32 years and prior to that he began his teaching career as a member of the faculty at Herbert Hoover Middle School for 4 years. He received his B.A. from UCLA, his M.A. and Secondary Teaching Credential from Stanford University, and his MBA from Pepperdine University.

He was born in Berkeley, CA and has lived in California his entire life. In addition to teaching, Mr. Jackson has been a Big Brother in the Big Brothers/Big Sisters Program to 3 different boys, and he has been a high school football and basketball referee for the past 39 seasons. He and his wife Debbie live in Milpitas, along with their 1 cat, and he loves the fact that he is within easy driving distance to his 2 adult children and his 6 grandchildren.
